What should you expect at a floral consultation? A: Consultations are low key- just lots of flower talk! We want to get to know you. This is our first chance to really get a good idea of what you floral vision is. After your consultation you'll receive a form detailing all that we discussed, a preliminary price quote, and a detailed timeline. How many wedding do we book on any given date? A: We like to keep things intimate. We never take more than two weddings in a day, depending on the locations and times. Do we design in house? A: Absolutely! We design flowers in studio and on site, depending on location and the scope of the job! What's the average budget we work with? A: Every events is so unique to our couple's personality and style. We've done weddings with just a flower crowns and others where we create a full floral experience complete with full floral installments. In general, wedding invoice come in around $3,000. What are some suggestions to get the most out of your budget? A: This is a difficult one to answer. We have tips and tricks that we're happy to share with you during you consultation. We never want you to stretch your budget further than you are comfortable with. Do we have delivery fees? A: Yes. Starting at $1/mile/round trip. We love traveling- so we do our best to keep delivery fees low! Is there a fee for set up and tear down? A: Yes, there is a fee for both, we never charge more than 10% of the total invoice for installation. Again, this is based on the scope of the job. Are there any additional fees? A: No! We will provide you with an itemized price quote with as many revisions as you require. What do we require for a deposit? A: We require $500 for a deposit, which goes towards your final payment. If, however, your items value less than $500 we require payment in full at the time of booking. When do we require the deposit? A: We require a deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your date. When do we require the final payment? A: Final payment is due 15 days prior to your wedding date. Additionally, we will contact you for a half payment half way between the time of booking and your wedding date. Do we provide a contract? A: Yep. You'll see a contract once we have revised your quote according to your budget and vision. We want you to be happy at the time of booking- this way there are no surprises. Of course, understand that as you receive RSVPs numbers may change and we welcome that. What kind of containers do we provide for centerpieces? A: We offer a wide variety of vases for you to choose from for centerpieces. Can you provide your own containers and centerpieces? A: You can, with a couple caveats: We must have them in our possession 15 days prior to your wedding date and we are not responsible for any damages they may sustain. Additionally, you are responsible for taking them down after your event. Do we provide any other decor? A: Yes, we have other items for rent! We offer arches, votives (with a flame and with LED flames), table numbers, centerpiece additions, and other items! Do we work with bakers? A: We are more than happy to work with your baker! We love cakes adorned with real flowers!
